About our Programme
We are looking for young graduates who are motivated and passionate with excellent academic achievement in the below-mentioned fields to join the Total Energies Young Graduate / Internship Programme.
The Programme is an extended innovative and attractive programme that is offered over a period of 18 months.

Young Graduate Programme
Fields of study:
- Commercial (Sales & Marketing, Business Management)
- Finance (Accounting, Finance Management)
- Technical (Engineering, Mining, HSEQ)
Requirements and Qualifications needed to apply
- A bachelor’s graduate, with Technical, Finance or Commercial backgrounds
- Must not be more than 25 years of age
- Be geographically mobile
- He/she should possess leadership skills and have the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Fluent in English
Human Resource Intern
Required Criteria
- Completed Bcom Degree in Human Resource Management
- Less than 25 years of age
- Not more than one-year working experience
- Preference will be given to applicants from designated groups, in line with TotalEngergies Employment Equity plan
