Southport is a small coastal village situated along the R102 Regional Route on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, and north of the Mhlangamkhulu River.
Southport is part of the greater area of Port Shepstone and falls within the Ray Nkonyeni Local Municipality, which is part of the Ugu District Municipality.
Southport is located approximately 9 km north-east of Port Shepstone, between Anerley to the north and Sea Park to the south.
