The South African Council for Educators (SACE) is a public entity of the Department of Basic Education (DBE) under the National Government of South Africa.
The mission of the South African Council for Educators is to register fit to practise educators and lecturers, promote their continuing professional development, and maintain the profession’s professional teaching and ethical standards.
