Sihota is a settlement in the Eastern Cape Province of South Africa, situated approximately 10 km north-east of Komga and 26 km south-west of Butterworth, at the former Transkei border.
The settlement’s name means “secluded place” in isiXhosa.
Sihota falls within the Great Kei Local Municipality and the Amathole District Municipality.
