Rossouw is a town in the Eastern Cape Province of South Africa, situated along the R396 Regional Route and on the banks of the Wasbankspruit River, a tributary of the Kraai River, which is in turn a tributary of the Orange River.
Rossouw falls within the Senqu Local Municipality, which is part of the Joe Gqabi District Municipality.
