The 39-year-old socialite says she had grown tired of Botox and fillers every three months and was looking for a permanent solution to a structured tight face.

Mbau left South Africa and flew to Turkey a few days ago for the surgery.

While in Turkey, Khanyi resided in the Mono Life Hotel in Bayraklı.

Khanyi had a Blepharoplasty reducing the heavy skin on her eyelids and Subnasal lip lift adding shape to her lips.

The surgery was done at Mono Clinic in Bayraklı, by Dr. Merve Özkaya Ünsal – a highly skilled surgeon in beauty surgeries like face, dental, obesity, and hair transplants.

Khanyi Mbau says her face is still very fresh and super tight, and that it will take a few weeks for it to cook.

She is currently in the process of healing, taking it a day at a time, and has promised to keep her fans and followers updated on her cosmetic journey.

She posted a video on her Instagram page showing her new face but has opted to disable comments because she currently doesn’t have eyes to read, her vision is still blurry.

So what is a Blepharoplasty?

Well, a Blepharoplasty or eyelid surgery is a type of surgery that removes excess skin from the eyelids.

It helps to improve the appearance of the area around your eyes. It’s a procedure that reduces bagginess from your lower eyelids and removes excess skin from your upper eyelids.
