Petsana is a township in the farming town of Reitz in Nketoana Local Municipality in the Thabo Mofutsanyana District of the Free State province of South Africa.
Petsana township is situated close the R57 Provincial Route.
The township is located approximately 68.4 km south of Frankfort and 71.2 km north-west of Kestell.
