The Office of the Chief Justice (OCJ) is a national department under the national government of South Africa.

The Office of the Chief Justice is mandated to provide effective administrative and technical support to the Chief Justice as the Head of the Judiciary and as Head of the Constitutional Court as well as to render administrative, operational and governance support to the Judiciary.

The mission of the Office of the Chief Justice (OCJ) is to provide support to the Judiciary to ensure effective and efficient court administration services.
