Mount Coke is a town situated on the R346 Regional Route in the Buffalo City Metropolitan Municipality in the Eastern Cape Province of South Africa.
This Station of the Methodist Missionary Society is located approximately 18 km east of Qonce (formerly known as King William’s Town).
The town was established in 1825 by the Reverend S Kay and named after Thomas Coke, who was the first Methodist Bishop and regarded as the Father of Methodist Missions.
