The KwaZulu-Natal Tourism and Film Authority is a public entity owned by the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Government and is responsible for the development, promotion, and marketing of tourism into and within the KwaZulu-Natal province of South Africa.
Tourism KwaZulu-Natal and the KwaZulu-Natal Film Commission have merged to create the KwaZulu-Natal Tourism and Film Authority, effective July 2024.
The mission of the KwaZulu-Natal Tourism and Film Authority is to initiate, facilitate, coordinate, and implement strategic tourism marketing and demand-driven tourism development programmes; to grow tourism, transformation of KwaZulu-Natal’s tourism sector, and provide economic benefits to all stakeholders.
