Early life and Education
Kim Woo-bin born in July 16, 1989, seoul, South Korea. Born Kim Hyun-joong and he changed his name to Kim Woobin in 2011. Kim attended Jeonju University.
Career
Kim Woo-bin began his career as a runway model in 2009 when he was 20 years old. He made his acting debut in a drama White Christmas under his stage name Kim Woo-bin in 2011. Kim was cast in A Gentleman’s Dignity, he later appeared in To the Beautiful You.
Kim Woo-bin made his breakthrough in dramas in 2013. He starred in School 2013, The Heirs alongside Lee Min-ho and Park Shin-hye, and his film Friend: The Great Legacy as a young gang member. Kim later became the host of cable music program M! Countdown from August 15, 2013, to February 13, 2014.
Kim Woo-bin was cast in the heist movie The Con Artists alongside Lee Hyun-woo in 2014. He starred in Twenty in 2015.
Kim Woo-bin appeared in an advert for Calvin Klein Watches + Jewelry, making him the first East Asian model for the brand.
Kim Woo-bin starred in Uncontrollably Fond as a male lead in 2016. He was cast in crime action film Master alongside Lee Byung-hun and Kang Dong-won. Kim appeared in a film Wiretapin 2016.
