Jeppes Reef, is a small rural village situated along the R570 Regional Route, just south of Schoemansdal (officially KaMatsamo) in the Mpumalanga province of South Africa.
The village is part of the Nkomazi Local Municipality under the Ehlanzeni District Municipality in Mpumalanga Province.
Jeppes Reef is located about 25 km south-southeast of Kaapmuiden, and just over 2 km from the border with Eswatini.
A border control post operates between 07:00 and 20:00 between the two countries. The Eswatini side of the Matsamo border post is known as Hlohlo.
