Iswepe, officially Insephe, is a village and railway siding situated near the N2 National Route between eMkhondo (formerly known as Piet Retief) and Ermelo in the Mpumalanga province of South Africa.
Iswepe is part of the Mkhondo Local Municipality in the Gert Sibande District Municipality of Mpumalanga province.
