Ipelegeng is a township situated along the R504 Regional Route and west of Schweizer-Reneke in the North West Province of South Africa.
Ipelegeng township falls under Mamusa Local Municipality in the Dr Ruth Segomotsi Mompati District Municipality of the North West Province.
The total population of the township is about 32,090 people. About 90% of the people in the area are Tswana people.
Ipelegeng is located approximately 5 km west of Schweizer-Reneke and 30 km east of Amalia, along the R504 road. It also lies north-east of Myra Village in the Greater Taung Local Municipality and south-west of Glaudina and Migdol.
