Highflats is a small town and settlement situated along the R612 Regional Route in the KwaZulu-Natal Province of South Africa, approximately 25 km south-east of Ixopo and 62 km west of Umzinto (officially renamed eMuziwezinto).
Highflats falls within the Johannes Phumani Phungula Local Municipality (formerly known as Ubuhlebezwe Local Municipality), which is part of the Harry Gwala District Municipality.
Highflats is surrounded by forestry and sugar farms and serves as a local center, with amenities like a post office.
