Government Motor Transport (GMT) is a fleet management entity operating as a separate Trading Entity and forms part of the Mobility Department of the Western Cape Provincial Government of South Africa.
Government Motor Transport has as its main purpose as the provision of state vehicles to provincial and national client departments and other entities used for transportation, in order that each of these clients may carry out its services efficiently and effectively.
