Charl Cilliers is a suburb part of the Govan Mbeki Local Municipality in the Gert Sibande District of the Mpumalanga province of South Africa. The village is situated about 32 km north of Standerton.
Originally known as Van Tondershoek, it was renamed in 1917 after the Voortrekker Sarel Cilliers.
