Cha Chung-hwa made her debut in 2005, she has appeared in number of films and television series. She is known for her roles in Crash Landing on You (2019) and Mr. Queen (2020-21).
Cha Chung-hwa has acted in films namely: As One (2012) and Train to Busan (2016) among many. In 2021 she appeared in TV series Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha and cast in upcoming series Why Her.

Career
Cha Chung-hwa after studying drama at Sangmyung University began her career with theater performances of the musical Backstreet Story in 2005 and then Lunatic in 2008. She made her film debut in 2010 with film Harmony. In September, she was cast in web series Internal Medicine Park Won Jang as Choi Mi-yeong, which will stream on TVING in January 2022.
On January 19, 2022 Cha signed an exclusive contract with YNK Entertainment.
