Canzibe is a village in the Eastern Cape Province of South Africa, situated near the R61 Provincial Route (future N2 Wild Coast Toll Route) from Port St. Johns to Mthatha.
Canzibe falls within the Nyandeni Local Municipality, which forms part of the OR Tambo District Municipality.
As a small village, Canzibe features a hospital funded by the Provincial Government, the Canzibe Hospital, and some primary schools.
Canzibe is part of one of the poorest areas of South Africa. Unemployment in 2008 was at 92%.
