Calderwood is a village in the Eastern Cape Province of South Africa, situated approximately 12 km south-east of KwaMaqoma (formerly Fort Beaufort) and 16 km south-west of Dikeni (formerly Alice).
Calderwood village falls within the Raymond Mhlaba Local Municipality and the Amathole District Municipality.
The village was named after Henry Calderwood of the London Missionary Society, author of Caffres and Caffre Missions.
