Amalia is a small town situated along the R504 Regional Route between Myra village and Ipelegeng township in the North West Province of South Africa.
The town lies north-east of Myra, west of Ipelegeng and Schweizer-Reneke, and south-west of Glaudina and Migdol.
Amalia falls under Mamusa Local Municipality in the Dr Ruth Segomotsi Mompati District Municipality of the North West Province.
The town was founded in 1927 and named for Amalia Faustmann, a well-known local church figure.
